Return Eligibility and Process

HydroJug offers a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return products that do not meet your expectations. To qualify for a return, items must be sent back within 30 days and be in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note the following exclusions from our return policy:

  • All sale purchases and giveaway winnings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Mystery box products are also considered final sale.
  • Customized items featuring laser engraving are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns.
  • Third-party modifications such as laser etching void any warranty coverage.

If returned items arrive in a condition that does not meet return requirements, HydroJug reserves the right to deny the refund and dispose of the items.

Return Approval and Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the item reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase.

You will receive email confirmation when your refund process begins.

Warranty for Defects

HydroJug provides a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects for all products. This warranty does not cover damage from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents or drops
  • Odor or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications such as laser etching

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, submit a warranty claim by contacting us at weswillispkzn@outlook.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos showing the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Keep all original packaging, stickers, and tags intact as they may be required to file a claim.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly.

  2. If you choose to return, initiate the return process before shipping the item back to ensure eligibility.
  3. Approved returns are refunded within 5 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Manufacturer defects are covered under our limited lifetime warranty when reported with valid proof.
  5. Final sales and customized products are not returnable.
